This recipe, like so many others that I’ve just read about, sound delicious! I think nowadays, people need to be especially cautious about eating wheat and oats, since both of the crops, when conventionally grown, are sprayed with Glyphosate (Round-up) just before harvesting. The reason being, that Glyphosate dries out the plant and makes it easier to harvest the grains. I would caution people to only use organic oats for making this delectable oats and apples recipe.
