We had you at “triple chocolate”, didn’t we? These triple chocolate brownies will leave you feeling indulgent, but their ingredients ensure their quality! Made with ingredients like grass-fed butter (or coconut oil if you wish to make them dairy-free!), unrefined sugar, cocoa powder, and real chocolate chips, these brownies are terrific treat for those seeking to live a better lifestyle through healthy eating.
“Happy March! Spring is almost here! I say this as we’re covered in snow and ice from the thundersnow storm yesterday. Do you know what the cure is for a yucky, cold day is? Brownies. Yep, it works every time. I had some new cocoa powders to try out so I made these Triple Chocolate Brownies. Best. brownies. ever! I used black onyx cocoa, which is quite literally black, and lends a beautiful, rich color. It actually doesn’t taste very chocolatey, though, so it’s important to mix it with another cocoa. If you don’t have black onyx, just use all regular cocoa powder.
Side note: If you want to make these brownies dairy-free, use coconut oil instead of butter. Make sure your chocolate chips are dairy-free as well. I love these Equal Exchange chocolate chips because they’re soy-free, but they happen to be dairy-free, too.”
